Hi! I’m Lindsey (and that's my little guy, Lucas!)! I became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant after experiencing the frustrations of conflicting information as a new mom. When was my baby supposed to eat and how much? Would contact napping turn him into a bad sleeper? Logistics for getting out with a newborn in the winter weather? Will his feet get cold if he's not wearing socks? The problem seemed to be that there were TOO many answers to my questions and everyone had something different to say.
It was stressful and aggravating to say the least. When the opportunity presented itself to become a Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and help other parents navigate some of the same struggles I had experienced, it was a no brainer! I love getting to support families in these early stages of parenting and create meaningful changes that improve the day-to-day lives of littles and their parents!

Prior to working with Lindsey, our 1.5 year old co-slept with us. He didn’t have a regular bed time, in order to fall asleep he would nurse to sleep or be rocked to sleep and would wake up if he wasn’t touching someone.
Since working with Lindsey, our son now has regular nap times, bed times, is going in his crib awake and falling asleep independently, and is sleeping through the night.
Lindsey helped us with a sleep plan that was really tailored to our families needs. She consistently checked in and was readily available when needed. She made something that can be really nerve racking less stressful with constant encouragement and support.

Lindsey was our sleep training consultant when my son was 5 months old. He did not have any consistent sleep schedule, was sleeping in his Snuggleme lounger in the living room during the day, co-sleeping at night, waking up multiple times at night. After Lindsey helped shape my son's schedule, he now sleeps in his crib with a consistent sleep schedule and is close to sleeping through the night as well on his own! Musa has been hitting developmental goals and has cried less. I am able to do work with a consistent schedule as well as get sleep at night. As a first time mom and after 6 months of getting little to no sleep, I am extremely appreciative of Lindsey's assistance during this time.

Lindsey has been incredible to work with. From the start, she was very clear and concise on exactly what she wanted to accomplish. She took into consideration not only the needs of my daughter's sleep, but the needs of our family. She was able to create a plan that worked for everyone. Lindsey was very easy to communicate with, checking in each morning and offering any advice or encouragement every single day. Lindsey has been a lifesaver for me... allowing me to get more than 3 hours of sleep a night. My daughter only took contact naps, was napping 3 times a day, and was waking anywhere from 3-8 times per night. She proposed 3 different techniques and 2 different options to approach our situation. I decided to tackle nighttime and daytime sleep at once and her plan was impeccable. My daughter takes both of her daytime naps in her crib, falling asleep independently, AND sleeps all night (yes there is the occasional wake up, but mostly solid night's sleep.) It has been an absolute blessing to work with Lindsey. I am so thankful for her diligence and kind nature.
